A ripple effect occurs when an initial disturbance to a system propagates outward to disturb an increasingly larger portion of the system, like ripples expanding across the water when an object is dropped into it. This lesson focuses on understanding the true nature and power we have as individuals/leaders! It digs deep into the mindset of leadership is influence, nothing more and nothing less. It also helps to bring about an awareness and understanding that our smallest actions can have a multiplying effect on our action, as well as the actions around us. No one leads/serves in a vacuum, and we must learn to use the power of the ripple effect to create momentum and collaboration (teamwork) in order to maximize our impact!
