This program gives you the skills necessary to assess requirements, develop the work in a logical flow, enlist organizational support, and thrive in a high-demand workplace. In these workshops, participants will learn and practice the essential skills required to successfully deliver projects. The curriculum, which aligns with the Project Management Institute’s framework, is specifically designed to focus on the practical application of concepts. Upon successful completion of the three workshops, participants will be able to demonstrate, through practical application, the concepts and skills inherent in successful project management environments. Deepen your project management competencies in key areas like initiation, planning, execution, control and closure. Apply advanced methods for project activities like scheduling, cost management, risk management, procurement, staffing, communication and quality to scenarios encountered in a challenging simulation. The software-based simulation will present you with situations during your projects’ planning and execution phases and challenge you to make timely decisions that can affect the outcome of the project. To familiarize yourself with fundamental project management concepts before this course, attendance at the Developing Project Management Skills course or an equivalent course is highly encouraged but not required.
