2023 Building Relationships through Effective Negotiations
Explore best practices of effective negotiation by learning to identify and apply optimal strategies that will build productive relationships in respective workplace environments. The process of effective negotiation will be introduced, including aspects of preparation, communication, meeting dynamics, bargaining, resolution and relationship building. By applying a skillful approach through interest-based negotiation strategies, participants will create value in themselves and with others through intentional efforts to achieve personalized goals and enhance professional relationships.
